1. The sorting scale is rely on the earth's gravity, the weight sensor works when it is under the vertical pressure, so it must be horizontal with the ground. To make it a horizontal state, one should adjust the adjustment bolts installed at the lower end of the sorting scale to keep the four feet in a horizontal state, and fasten them with nuts to prevent shaking. The accuracy of measurement can not be guaranteed while the vibration is serious, and cushion pads and other measures are a must.
2. In order to measure the smooth entry and discharge of goods, each transport operation should maintain three belts on the same horizontal line or in a phased distribution.
3. Service voltage：

(1) This product is a single-phase AC220V 50/60Hz special equipment. In addition, please refer to the sales department for instructions on the voltage.

(2) Supply stable voltage with the fixed voltage which its error is within + 10%.

(3) It will lead to the measurement error when the voltage fluctuation is heavy or the power source produces noise. To prevent this, the usage of stable power supply and low noise power supply can ensure the accuracy of measurement.

(4) Please use the safety device, 250V 5A FUSE to provide over current protection.

(5) Please set it up separately from the driving power supply.

(6) It must connects the ground firmly.

1. Temperature: please keep the appropriate temperature: 5℃ ~ 35℃[41℉ ~ 95℉] while using, operation can be carried out only when the hourly temperature change rate within +2.
2. Humidity：35% ~ 85% RH.
3. The equipment should be far away from the power line and the inductive magnetic voltage object, otherwise it will bring error to the precision of measurement or make the equipment malfunction. Abnormity can occur when wireless phones are used around or when power failures occur frequently, this is simply because of noise effects rather than equipment failures.
4. Although the system has the function of automatic zero setting, it can not guarantee the accuracy of measurement if it is used for a long time in places with much dust. Dust removal should be carried out frequently when necessary.
5. The measuring part is installed on the weight sensor, and do not impact or overload if it is beyond the permissible specifications.
6. Random replacement of measuring components will affect the accuracy of measurement, please do not change without refer to the requirements
7. While moving and installing our product, it must be kept horizontal. Do not impact or press the belt while moving it.
8. Any maintenance and cleaning work must be carried out after the main power supply of the equipment is turned off, and the measuring part of the equipment can not be put under the heavy pressure.
9. For safety concern, the operation / stop of the transmission and the opening and closing of the rear cover of the operation box should be operated by the designated administrator.
