CH series Z arm mixers are constructed from either 304 stainless steel or 316L Stainless Steel in sizes ranging from 100L to 400L. Products may be discharged via tilt discharge. This kind of paste-mixing machine is widely used in the chemical, food, sealing compound, and paint industries, among others. The Z-blade wet mixer is usually used as the front-end mixing equipment of the instant granulation production line. It is used in conjunction with the swing granulator or the rotary granulator and the vibrating fluidized bed dryer of our company. Welcome to consult Hywell Machinery.
The mixing elements of the Z arm paste mixer are one or two Z type steel casted blades. They contra rotate inward fitted at close or specified clearance with the container to give thorough and uniform mixing. The mixing action is a combination of bulk movement, shearing, stretching, folding, dividing, and recombining as the material is pulled and squeezed against blades, saddle, and side walls. Continually new layers of material are compressed and folded over one another and are subjected to shearing forces. New surfaces are formed and the components can penetrate. The blades, which are ground and polished, successively sweep all points of the trough surface during each revolution, at the same time dividing the batch continuously across the saddle piece and thereby achieving a perfect mix.
