Caspofungin Acetate

Caspofungin Acetate is a lipopeptide antifungal drug. It is a member of a new class of antifungals termed the echinocandins. It works by inhibiting the enzyme (1→3)-β-D-glucan synthase and thereby disturbing the integrity of the fungal cell wall. Caspofungin was the first inhibitor of fungal (1→3)-β-D-glucan synthesis to be approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. It is administered intravenously.
For this API product, we have got Chinese local GMP certificate, and US-DMF of this API is available. EDMF is submitted in schedule. It has been exported to multiple countries in Asia, North African and South American.
For this Finished Dose Form, Caspofungin Acetate for Injection, is one of the main products of our company’s anti-infection products’ line which mainly applied in treatment of infection caused by various fungi. It has been submitted to US FDA and EU authorities for approval, it is expected to be approved and launched into US and EU market in 2017.
