1. Introduction
Bitter Orange Extract is extracted from the fruit of Rutaceae bitter orange. The main ingredients are hesperidin, rutin and naringin, which are yellow or brown powder. Bitter orange is the fruit of Rutaceae Citrus aurantium L.. The bitter orange tree can reach up to 12 meters in height and is evergreen throughout the year. It is a hybrid of grapefruit and citrus.
