BioHub® FD Feeding System

The feeding system is mainly for the preparation of biopharmaceutical culture medium and buffer solutions. It consists of a weighing bracket, feeding bracket, compatible weighing bags, and powder feeding bags, and can achieve a residue-free and dust-free feeding process. The standard feeding system is designed for high-tight-ness powder feeding applications. It is featured by high recovery and convenience of use, and is suitable for applications at different scales from process development to commercial production.

Feeding bracket

• Material: 304 L stainless steel (polished), resistant to 75% alcohol and quaternary ammonium salt

• Lifting mode: manual lifting, independent of utilities

• Lifting height: 1–2.6 m; a single system can support different specifications of mixing equipment (50–2500 L)

• Loading capacity: ≤ 100 kg

• Convenience: equipped with sliding casters for free movement

Weighing bracket

• Material: 304 L stainless steel (polished), resistant to 75% alcohol and quaternary ammonium salt

• Strong compatibility: suitable for feeding ports at different specifications
