This machine achieves the packaging process of items through feeding guidance, conveying and positioning, pillow type packaging, cutting and sorting, and discharging. The pneumatic system is used to control the conveying and sealing actions of the packaging film, while electronic control technology is employed to realize the automated operation of the packaging machine and the precise control of parameters such as sealing temperature and time. Mechanical transmission is responsible for driving the entire packaging process.
Functional Features
The new vertical sealing wheel features a rapid temperature sensing function and is equipped with a maintenance-free recirculation loop for direct heating. The recirculation loop is free of carbon buildup, making maintenance straightforward. The heating plate directly contacts the vertical sealing wheel for high thermal efficiency, low sealing temperature, minimal fluctuation, and high control precision.
A specially designed bag-making device ensures that the aluminum-plastic film does not leave scratches on the packaging film after entering the bag-making unit.
The vertical sealing is equipped with an ironing structure to extend the heating time of the packaging film, solving the problem of creases caused by the thermal expansion of the packaging material. When the machine stops, the vertical sealing heating device can automatically separate through a pneumatic cylinder to prevent scorching of the packaging film and reduce waste. Additionally, the gap of the adhesive wheel can be adjusted according to the thickness of the packaging film and the pillow packaging effect.
