Shandong HAWKEYE BFS automatic visual inspection machine works for the comprehensive inspection (≥40μm foreign particles ) of pharmaceutical BFS packaging  . The various kinds of unqualified products are distinguished through comparing the images taken.  Defects , which can affect the quality of the final product ,can be reliably detected during a gap-free inspection, which covers all surfaces of each individual container from the top to the bottom edge. The pivotal technology of detection accuracy based on the algorithm of image comparison. According to the shape of different products and the corresponding Angle and position, the image detection position, detection data and detection algorithm are designed to make the detection accuracy more guaranteed.

◆the first inspection the relative position relationship between the cameras and the products is shown in the figure (in the first test, the cameras located on both sides and bottom). ◆the second inspection the relative position relationship between the camera and the drug is shown in the figure (the cameras is located on both sides and top).

Bottle outlet part: The bottle out part contains the net belt for removing defective products and the net belt for delivering the bottle. There are grooving on the backing plate to let the push rod pass. The backing plate is installed on the net belt for removing defective products and moves with the net belt for removing defective products. When there is the defective products, the push rod works to push the defective product out of the gap between the mesh belt that removes the defective product and the detection mesh belt and falls into the defective product box. When the qualified product is produced, there is the same level from mesh belt for the defective product removed to the detection mesh belt, so that the drug passes through the pad and that is transported to the bottle delivering mesh belt through the mesh belt of the defective product. During the conveying process of the bottle conveyor belt, ensure that the drug goes out in the same direction as required by the labeling machine. Can be connected to the rows leak detector.
