The BFS 10-in-1 labeling machine guides products vertically through the conveyor belt with side barriers for positioning.It is triggered by the incoming material sensor,and the servo drive then dispenses ten labels at once, which are adhered to the flat surface of the BFS 10-in-1 product's tail. Subsequently, a sponge pressure roller smooths and secures the labels in place. This labeling method is suitable for BFS ten-in-a-row products formed by the blow-fill-seal process, where 10 labels are dispensed and affixed simultaneously during vertical transport.
