This device operates on the principle of machine vision. By strategically positioning the camera's field of view, it captures images of the product from various angles during operation. These images are then processed by a high-speed image processor, and detection software is used to identify defects such as high/tilt caps, excessive fill levels, and appearance flaws. The system can distinguish and remove these defective products.It is primarily used for inspecting the fill level and appearance quality of eye drop bottles, vials, and oral liquid bottles.
Functional Features
The bottle feeding mechanism uses high-molecular materials with self-lubricating and high-wear-resistant properties, minimizing friction resistance to ensure smooth bottle transportation without scratching. The equipment features an air pressure detection and alarm shutdown function to prevent abnormal operation due to low pressure and potential damage to starting components due to high pressure, ensuring the equipment operates within a reasonable pressure range.
Utilizing leading vision technology, the equipment employs Cognex deep learning AI inspection software, which is mature in technology, powerful in function, and extremely fast in learning, making it highly efficient and accurate for appearance inspection.
It has a function for saving product recipes with custom product names, allowing for direct recall of recipes when changing products, making debugging operations simple and quick.
