Automatic Intelligent Inspection Machine for Empty Bottle Defects

This machine can check the quality of empty bottles before filling and after blowing. The equipment is installed at the loading conveyor or on clamp chains. As the bottle passes the sensor, the defects are highlighted under a specially designed light source and the high-speed camera is triggered to take pictures. The bottles are then processed by an image analysis system for inspection.
