Automatic 72-Cavity Valve-pin Preform Mold

The mold adopts bearing clamping mold method to make the action smoother and faster. The double-cone mold forming is adopted during the mold locking process.

The core parts are stainless steel S136 (well for wear and tear), and are processed by heating treatment and vacuum quenching treatment, which increase metal material surface hardness up to HRC50, and ensure mold’s service life.

Mold parts processed in CNC which ensures the core parts very concentric and precise, so that the spare parts of each cavity can be used interchangeably.

Advanced technology and manufacturing methods reduce the friction, and make the molds more endurable, and then cycle time is shortened.

Hot runners’ valve-pins are imported from Italy. Hot runner has good thermal insulation, stands wear and tear. Hot runner holes are treated with precision equipment, so the holes are precise, smooth with small resistance, which avoids elements carbonized, and keeps CPS under Standard AA value.

Mold structure is stainless steel 420, treated by the plasma nitriding. Internal stress of the template is removed completely. It is durable, stable and won’t be deformed even after a long using time.
