【Pharmacological effects】
1. Pharmacodynamics: This product has broad-spectrum antibacterial effects against aerobic Gram-positive bacteria such as hemolytic Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Enterococcus faecalis, and aerobic Gram-positive bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Neisseria. Negative bacteria have good antibacterial activity.
2. Pharmacokinetics: 10 mg/Kg body weight injection, bioavailability (F) is greater than 90%, half-life (T/2) is 1 hour, protein binding rate is 17%, widely distributed in the body, can pass through the placenta, about 60 % of the oral dose is excreted unchanged through glomerular filtration and renal tubules within 6 hours, and part of the substance excreted in urine is excreted in bile.
[Indications] It is used for Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacterial infections that are sensitive to amoxicillin, such as Staphylococcus aureus, colibacillosis, pullorum and infectious rhinitis.
