AlphaHybrid Columns

AlphaHybrid C18 is an independently developed C18 column featuring an ethylene-bridged hybrid silica gel. The hybrid ethylene bridge enhances the base ball's resistance to alkaline conditions, while the unique surface bonding and end-capping technology impart exceptional separation selectivity and reduced silanol group activity. This column is widely applicable for the selective separation of non-polar to moderately polar acidic, basic, and neutral compounds.

AlphaHybrid C18 is the preferred column for LC method development, tolerating a wide range of pH conditions, thereby increasing the flexibility of method development. For basic compounds, retention and peak shape can be improved by adjusting the pH conditions. It performs well in drug, food, environmental, and biological sample analysis, offering an extended column lifetime.
