Fucoid oligosaccharides (AOS) are oligomeric saccharides containing 2~25 sugar units obtained from alginate through glycosidic bond cleavage or its monosaccharide component through biosynthesis/organic synthesis. Due to its low molecular weight, high water solubility, safety and non-toxicity, etc, it has received great attention from researchers in recent years.
