PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Aesculin is a fruit extract of Aesculus hippocastanum L, a horse chestnut plant, Aesculus hippocastanum L. Aescin is a pentacyclic triterpenoid saponin compound, which is a mixture of several isomers with similar structures, and each component is not easy to separate. Aescin is derived from the dried seeds of horse chestnut, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in cold alcohol, and soluble in methanol and ethanol.

The fruit of the horse chestnut tree contains a large amount of saponin compounds ,mainly aescin, and its seeds are also known as sorrel, which is rich in fatty oil, crude protein, fiber, starch, etC., and its seeds are mainly used in cosmetics.
