    Description:        Sodium Erythorbate (also known as Sodium D-Isoascorbate, Sodium Isoascorbate) is is prepared from the biological fermentation of glucose; its standard number is GB 8273-2008. A white crystalline powder or granules. In the dry state it is reasonably stable in air, but in solution it deteriorates in the presence of air, trace metal, heat and light.

They are used in meat processing, fruits, vegetable, tin and jam etc. Also they are used in drinks, such as beer, grape wine, soft drink, fruit tea and fruit juice etc. particularly ensure that the vitamin C in juice and jam is not damaged.

                                In addition, Sodium Erythorbate can be used as a deoxidizer, corrosion inhibitor and anti-scaling agent.
