Usage
Function of Zinc L-carnosine
Carnosine is a natural molecule composed of two amino acids--histidine and alanine. It has been used as a dietary supplement for several years. Human clinical studies show that carnosine supplementation improves muscle function and recovery from muscle fatigue; prevents brain degeneration and loss of cognitive function and memory with age; improves mental function and behavior in children with ADHD and autism ; When used in combination with zinc, it can heal peptic ulcers.
Zinc L-carnosine (Zinc carnosine) provides nutritional support for gastrointestinal mucosal healing. Carnosine Zinc Blend selectively and persistently (it breaks down at a slower rate in the stomach) attaches to the ulcerated gastrointestinal lining, thereby helping to protect the gastric mucosa and promote gastrointestinal comfort. Studies have shown that zinc carnosine promotes healthy mucus production, exerts antioxidant properties, and inhibits the expression of cytokines that help protect the stomach and small intestine from injury. L-Glutamine promotes small intestinal cell function and mucosal integrity, further supporting gastrointestinal function and protecting tissue.
Carnosine zinc will eventually be slowly decomposed into L-carnosine and zinc, both of which are nutrients needed by the body, so the safety is good, and a reasonable dose will not burden the body.
