Description: colorless to yellowish transparent liquid. The density was 1.1322, the melting point was -13℃, the boiling point was 215-217℃, the refractive index was 1.592-1.594, and the flash point was 65 ℃.

Production method:

(1) react 1-naphthylamine with nitrite, nitrite ester or nitrite in acidic medium to obtain diazonium salt;

(2) the diazo salt obtained in step (1) reacts with the fluoroborate or its salt or fluorophosphate or its salt to obtain the diazoborate or fluorophosphate;

(3) the diazofluoroborate or diazofluorophosphate obtained in step (2) is heated and decomposed to obtain 1-fluoronaphthalene products.

USES: organic synthesis reagent, medicine intermediate.
