Mike is a business leader with over 20 years' experience in cellular plastic products and thermal insulation applications. 

For the past 3 years Mike has been instrumental in guiding the development of two new products in the T-FIT range - T-FIT Hygiene and T-FIT Process - along with T-FIT's highly successful debut product, T-FIT Clean. 

Prior to T-FIT, Mike worked as a General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager at Armacell UK where he was responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business, including technical support and application training around elastomeric and LDPE based insulation products.

Mike has spent time living in Malaysia, Germany and the USA in various senior management roles which has enhanced his wide background of experience and knowledge across many market sectors and insulation materials.
