Great Eastern Takaful Berhad partners DoctorOnCall to offer Harapan Trio customers revolutionary digital healthcare services

"These healthcare services provide convenience to Harapan Trio customers by allowing easier access to primary healthcare and professional medical advice from anywhere, anytime. A prescription may be issued by the doctor after the consultation and customers may purchase the prescribed medication through DoctorOnCall and have them delivered at no extra charge", said Shahrul Azlan Shahriman, CEO Great Eastern Takaful.

Great Eastern Takaful customers who sign up for Harapan Trio Combo plan from 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2019 will be able to enjoy DoctorOnCall subscription for a year. Harapan Trio consists of a takaful protection (i-Gr8 Harapan), medical takaful
(i-Great MediHarapan) and critical illness takaful plan (i-Great HarapanCI10).

DoctorOnCall currently receives over 1 million visitors to its website on a monthly basis and has a growing network of over 100 Malaysian Medical Council registered doctors and 208 partner pharmacies. All the doctors on the DoctorOnCall roster have significant experience and hold an Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
