PHC is launching Medicom-HRf, an integrated medical chart system for medical clinics, with the aim to strengthen communication with patients.
In recent years, the increasing number of diseases and the hours spent on medical care at medical institutions results in an increased burden on medical workers. "Medicom-HRf" meets the needs of medical practitioners by simplifying the input operation of the patient medical record, for an enhanced medical service. Doctor’s details and patient’s medical records can be entered as a chart to be browsed on screen for an efficient and quick medical analysis. In addition, medicine name and disease details can be searched by its user assist function. It displays search results in order of frequency of use of medicine and the latest order entry.
PHC is a healthcare company providing high value-added products and services in diabetes care, diagnostics, life sciences and healthcare IT businesses. The new product launched here is aimed at expanding the product line up in the healthcare IT business.
Takayuki Otsuka, director of Medicom Division at PHC, said, "Since the company launched the electronic medical record system business in 1999, the product has grown to become the nation's top market share in general medical clinics. The company aims to be a platform for next-generation medical care, and through the launch of Medicom-HRf, the company will further improve the work processes of medical workers and provide higher quality medical services to patients. In the future, we will continue to contribute to the establishment of a regional medical care system by forecasting changes in the environment and needs for medical care and providing more appropriate solutions to medical workers.
PHC booth will be exhibited at "International Modern Hospital Show 2019" which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 17th to 19th 2019 (Exhibition hall: South 4 hall, medical information system zone F80)
