Hanwell Acquired by Ellab

Hanwell has announced its acquisition by Denmark based Ellab, a leader in thermal validation solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical and food processing industries.

Based in Virginia Beach, Hanwell was identified as an attractive target for acquisition due to its high-end product range, which fits well with Ellab’s brand and product portfolio.

Hanwell will continue to operate as a standalone entity via its growing network of partner distributors across the USA. The company will retain its name and brand. CEO Ian Robinson will remain in post and join the management team at Ellab.
