The new Chair of the 2019 PharmaTimes Communications Team of the Year executive steering group (ESG) reveals why in-house practitioners and agencies should enter into this unique, industry renowned competition.
Outlining the main process of the competition, CEO of HCA& Chair of the ESG, Mike Dixon said, "Whether an experienced in-house practitioner, freelancer or agency consultant, this unique award allows you to demonstrate your communications capabilities in a competitive, yet confidential and supportive environment".
Mike will be ably assisted as Chair by two other members of the executive steering group. The competition has been designed to ensure that all candidates walk away having partaken in a worthwhile and beneficial experience. The executive steering group, as well as the panel of judges, will use their knowledge to formulate a feedback report on all of the teams’ and individuals finals day performance – an unrivalled form of reflection and improvement.
As well as receiving invaluable feedback, winners will receive an industry renowned pharma trophy to cap off their fantastic achievement within the competition.
