Categories available for all experience levels in the 2019 Marketer of the Year competition

There are a broad range of categories in the PharmaTimes Marketer of the Year competition, designed to cover all sectors and suitable for all experience levels.

Now in it’s 26^th year, the prestigious Marketer of the Year competition continues to raise the standard of healthcare marketing year after year through expertly devised categories and challenges.

The categories for 2019 offer a wide range of entry options for candidates, starting with early entry points in the Aspiring Marketer and New Marketer of the Yearcategories. The Aspiring Marketer of the Year category is suitable for someone who is not currently in a marketing role but wishes to make that move into marketing in the future; a crucial stepping stone. The New Marketer of the Year is a great option for those with up to 3 years experience within their marketing role who are looking to put their talent to the test.

There are also further entry points for candidates who are more experienced within their marketing role, these categories range from Marketer of the Year, Market Access Lead of the Year and Aspiring Business Unit Director. All of these challenges offer a great personal development opportunity which could prove to be invaluable for an entrant looking to enhance their skills even further.

As well as individual entry, there is also scope for teams to enter into the competition via the Commercial Cross Functional Team of the Year category. This involves a team of up to 5 people with responsibilities across multiple disciplines within the commercial marketing mix. This category provides a platform where professionals of different sectors and roles can come together to share best practice.
