Havas Lynx Group has created as many as 60 new jobs with its largest ever recruitment drive.
The leading Manchester healthcare communications agency says it has increased its workforce to over 350, due to increased demand from clients such as AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Roche.
Among the new recruits are graduates from nearby Universities, as well as account management, creative, digital and video talent from all over the UK and Europe, who will be working at Havas Lynx’s offices both in Princess Street and in London.
The company saw turnover rise 23% to £31 million last year, marking a major period of growth for the business.
Havas Lynx also includes LX Academy, a learning and development programme which benefits from more than £600,000 of investment yearly. The academy covers core skills, thought leadership and a mentoring programme that ensures individuals achieve their full potential.
David Hunt, CEO Havas Lynx Group commented on the recruitment drive: "Our business is all about instigating change that makes things better and not just different. Our healthcare and pharmaceutical clients trust us to develop compelling brands and thoughtful strategies that build lasting relationships.
"Over 60 people have joined us at our Manchester and London offices and the plan is to hire a further 20 over the next three months."
