Kare4U introduces block chain based healthcare app

Hyderabad-based, digital healthcare company Kare4U has recently launched a block chain enabled mobile app in healthcare, HealthPro. The company plans to have 5 million users on board within next one year.

The HealthPro app is a collaborative platform for all stakeholders – hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, insurance and consumer/corporate customers – making healthcare affordable and accessible.

The main objective is to create a trusted and reliable platform for clinics and hospitals to improve operational efficiency with better patient engagement, while insurance, financiers, pharmacies, diagnostics and wellness practitioners become accessible to the consumer, making it the one-stop health hub.

The company has so far raised $0.5 million and plans to raise $3 million in next 18 months. Within next one year, the company intends to tie up with over 350 hospitals in 10 cities.
