The competition offers three different team categories; one focusing on a challenge in the UK marketplace, one with an international focus and new for 2018, one that has a charity focus.
Also new for 2018 is the 'Aspiring Communications Manager' category, which for the first time in the competition, offers aspirational individuals within agencies a chance to shine too.
"There are a number of reasons for why agencies should support their people through the competition," says PharmaTimes business manager & competition lead, Anna Yeardley. "It shows desire to encourage professional development through peer competency benchmarking outside of your company, enabling you to develop your agency skills and abilities against the best in the industry.
"It’s also an opportunity to validate the rigour of your recruitment, training and development as evidenced through their performance in the competition. And with success, it’s an opportunity to attract new talent to your organisation and create affiliate pride. *With entry set at £150 per team, this is a fantastic opportunity to be measured against your industry peers and raise your profile as an agency."
Finalists are invited to attend the gala awards and dinner to be held in London on 9 November, alongside the PharmaTimes Marketer of the Year and the all-new Sales Awards.
