But the assertion that this sum will be derived from a Brexit dividend have been met with considerable scepticism, with it much more likely to come from a tax hike instead. On the other side of the world, there was a breakthrough for Chinese citizens living with cancer as Bristol-Myers Squibb revealed that its blockbuster immunotherapy Opdivo had secured approval in the nation. The momentous decision marked the first approval of such a therapy, as well as the first PD-1 inhibitor. It could mean great things - you can read more on page 7.
