A: Purification engineering, purification equipment, and purification engineering materials.

A: Products and clean room system solutions of Gusu are widely used in the electronic industry, semiconductor manufacturing industry, aerospace, precision instrument, medical health, biopharmaceutical, clean room for medical devices, biological laboratory, health food, optical fiber &cable, and scientific research and teaching fields, etc., and especially, they have established a leading position in the purification of the three pillar industries: biopharmaceuticals, electronic industry, and hospital clean operating room. The company has provided quality services to customers in 34 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China and more than 30 countries and regions in the world, and completed more than 1,000 clean room system projects, with the purified area implemented of up to 1.50 million square meters.

A: The most popular products of the company are negative pressure weighing cover and clean laminar flow cover, which comply with GMP requirements and EU standards, and can flexibly meet customers’ requirements for relevant technical conditions and special working conditions, with good application effects in extremely cold and highly humid regions, pressure difference control, exhaust air treatment, PAO leak detection, HEPA integrity testing, flow line, flow pattern, and smoke effect testing, airflow uniformity control, division of different clean levels, and gas film separation, etc., being well received and favored by Chinese and foreign customers.

5. What are the most popular product specifications of the company? How is the relevant capacity?

A: Air handling units, filters, and decoration supporting materials. The company is expanding its factory, and the capacity will be gradually increased.

6. With the escalation of environmental issues, do they have large impacts on the production of the company? Do the product prices have large fluctuations?

A: We are in the purification industry which assists and supports the environmental causes. The escalation of environmental issues and China’s attention to the environmental issues are favorable influences on our company. The product prices have been slightly up-regulated as the sales volume of some products grows.

7. What is roughly the global market size of the products? What are the differentiation advantages of the products?

A: The products, equipment, and purification system projects of Gusu have radiated to countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Syria, Ukraine, and Australia, and been widely appreciated and trusted. The purification industry continues to expand in depth and breadth with the development of global pharmaceutical industry. Chinese products now have price advantages, and their quality is becoming better and better as well.

8. What are the specific quality detection and appraisal methods for the products?

A: There are clear Chinese national testing and acceptance standards for our products, and internationally, there are GMP standards of the World Health Organization.

9. The 13th Five-year Plan of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry clearly mentions the transition of the pharmaceutical industry from “large” to “strong”. How do you deal with such transition?

A: We will seize this opportunity to create enterprise profits and also provide better products and services to pharmaceutical factories. In particular, we will increase R&D efforts in pharmaceutical factory workshop design, construction, and purification equipment and product supporting, and improve our technology, process and equipment in cooperation with the transformation and upgrading of process flows of pharmaceutical factories.

10. “Made in China 2025” forebodes that quality management is the most important link in the rise of the Industry 4.0 tide of China. What are your methods in quality management?

A: Gusu has early passed ISO system certification, and is an enterprise certified by ISO 9001 International Quality Management System, ISO 14001 International Environment Management System, and OHSAS 18001 International Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and also an enterprise with grade II qualification for China’s electronic and intelligent engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and building decoration engineering. Gusu continues to guarantee and improve product quality through 5S and Six Sigma standards.
