The Top Employers Institute announced the list of certified Top Employers in China 2018 in Shanghai on December 4, 2017. Infinitus (China) Company Ltd., a member of LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG), received the certification for the third consecutive year, which recognizes and encourages Infinitus for its excellence in employee welfare, talent cultivation and employee career development based on unified global certification standards.
The Top Employers Institute recognizes leading employers around the world by assessing what the employers offer their employees across nine categories: Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture. A third-party audit is conducted to ensure the integrity of the certification.
According to the Top Employers Institute, Infinitus attained the certification again on the basis of its competitive employment environment and innovative management practices.
