Mundipharma people focus acknowledged by industry awards

Global healthcare organisation, Mundipharma, has been recognised as a standout employer, picking up several recent industry awards acknowledging its human resources and talent retention and people development efforts.

The Employer Branding Institute named Mundipharma Best Employer Asia 2017 at a recent award ceremony, as well as awards for Innovation in Recruitment, Best Talent Management and Best Global HR Strategy. This follows an award from HRD Magazine, which gave Mundipharma its "Top HR Team Award for Keeping and Building Talent".

This is an ongoing trend – Mundipharma’s human resources excellence has recently been recognised by Aon in Singapore, and Korea, where it was named "Best Employer Singapore 2016", as well as similar awards in China and the Middle East.

This recognition from the business sector reflects years of sustained and consistent focus on people, says Mundipharma CEO, Raman Singh. "We have worked hard to instil a culture that enables and empowers people to achieve, based on a clear set of company values. This has become a way of life inside the business, and is reflected in the recognition we are receiving."
