Tonghua chemical Industry Park Tonghua Chemical Industry Park is located in the north of Tonghua Inland Port Economic Development Zone, Jilin Province, with a planned area of 7.07 square kilometers in the near future and 13.4 square kilometers in the far future. It has passed the provincial certification and C-level safety risk rating, and is one of the first batch of chemical industrial parks in the province to pass the review certification. It has been listed as a provincial key development park in the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan” of the Provincial Department of Commerce. As a leading area for Tonghua City to undertake the industrial transfer demonstration zone in southwestern Jilin, it is an important implementation carrier for the hundred-billion-level pharmaceutical industry.By 2035, the total investment in the park will exceed 20 billion yuan, with an output value of 80 billion yuan, and efforts will be made to build a green chemical industry park with a scale of 100 billion yuan. At present, the park has built five basic supporting facilities in accordance with the latest national standards, including an emergency fire protection and service center, a fire rescue station, a hazardous chemical transportation service center, a water purification plant, and a sewage treatment plant. The park pursues green and low-carbon development, with a focus on building three major sectors: pharmaceutical and chemical industry, fine chemical industry, and new chemical materials.
