Beijing Ark Chuangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2020, dedicated to serving high value-added and high-tech fine chemical enterprises such as specialized chemicals, electronic chemicals, and new chemical materials. Following the concept of intensification, sharing, intelligence, and safety, we aim to create a new type of shared manufacturing platform for chemical industry and assist in the development of new quality productivity. The first demonstration project of Ark Creative Park was officially launched at the end of 2020, located in Lingang Economic Development Zone, Linyi City, Shandong Province. It was jointly developed by the Linyi Lingang Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Beijing Ark Creative Park Technology Co., Ltd. It has now been put into operation. The Ark Creation Park (Lingang) project covers a total area of 582 acres and is being constructed in two phases. The first phase, which covers 147 acres, has been put into operation, and the second phase, which covers 435 acres, is currently under construction. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2025. The second phase adopts a more independent and customized solution compared to the first phase, which can serve more types of fine chemical projects. The total investment of the project is 2.05 billion yuan. After completion and operation, it can achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan, with a tax revenue of 370 million yuan and an average tax revenue of over 400000 yuan per mu. It has good economic and ecological benefits.
