Changmao Biochemical Engineering Company Limited (\"The Company\") was established in 1992.It is Jiangsu Hi-tech Enterprise,Jiangsu Foreign-invested Advanced Technology Enterprise and Double-dense Enterprise.It was listed on HK GEM Stock Exchange in 200 and transferred to the Main Board in 2013(00954.HK). Changmao produces C-4 series organic acids and its salts, including L-malic acid, DL-malic acid, D（+）-malic acid L(+)-tartaric acid, DL-tartaric acid, D（-)-tartaric acid,Fumaric acid, Aspartame, DL-potassium bitartrate, and cream of tartar. Our annual producton volume exceeds 30,000 tons. Our products are widely used around the world in food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries with over 70% of our production exported to Japan, Europe, Australia, the United States and Middle East.
