TUL was established in Hong Kong in 1990, which  is a leading integrated pharmaceutical group company in China that  researches, develops, manufactures, markets bulk medicines and intermediate products as well as finished products. Through more than 3 decades of development in China, TUL has grown into one of the largest antibiotics manufacturers in the world. TUL has 6 subsidiary plants nationwide across China altogether with employees  totaling more than 10,000,  whose  products have been sold in 5 continents up to 60 countries. June 15,2007 saw TUL successfully listed in Hong Kong exchange（03933.HK.        

So far, Dozens of products by TUL have passed  certification of  EU-GMP, FDA, China GMP.
