Guo Yanchao graduated from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been engaged in the biopharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. In 2012, Guo Yanchao returned to Dancheng County with great enthusiasm and gratitude, bringing funds and technology to start his own business. He founded Juxin Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of biopharmaceutical intermediates, human and animal raw materials and preparations.

Guo Yanchao invests over 5% of his annual sales revenue in product research and development, from equipment introduction to talent training, ensuring that advanced knowledge runs through the entire R&D system. He extends the control of the product implementation process to suppliers and the market, emphasizes the stability of production process control and the scientificity of process improvement, and pursues a refined management model of quality inspection.
After years of development, the company has cooperated with the technical innovation team led by Deng Zixin, an academician of the CAS Member, and won 46 national patents, 2 national 863 program projects, and 1 major science and technology project in Henan Province and Zhoukou City respectively; Established national level postdoctoral workstations, Henan Province academician workstations, Henan Province Engineering Technology Research Center, and Enterprise Technology Center; It has been recognized as a national level "little giant" enterprise, a provincial high-tech enterprise, an innovative pilot enterprise, a three system certification enterprise, and an A-level enterprise in quality system construction. Under the leadership of Guo Yanchao, the company also carried out the implementation of the technology poverty alleviation project "Production, Application, and Industrialization Development of Aseptic Veterinary API", and formulated more than 20 specific poverty alleviation measures, including employment, skill training, subsidies for impoverished workers, education for impoverished children, and technical guidance for raising livestock.
