The Donation of Influenza Vaccines in Some Developing Countries

On September 9, 2018, on the occasion of the 2018 World Influenza Congress held in Beijing, Hualan Bio donated 180,000 split influenza vaccines to developing countries such as Moldova and Albania through Task Force, witnessed by Feng Luzhao, director of the infectious disease prevention and control room of China CDC, and Joe Bresee, influenza center of CDC, USA, to prevent and control influenza epidemics in these countries. Influenza is one of the serious epidemics faced by human beings. Vaccination of influenza vaccine can effectively prevent and control influenza epidemic.

Hualan Bio is the largest influenza vaccine manufacturer in China, and it is also the first one in China and the fifth one in the world that has passed the World Health Organization pre-qualification of influenza vaccine. Since 2015, Hualan Bio has donated influenza vaccines to Moldova, Laos, Mongolia, Albania, Morocco and other developing countries through Task Force.
