Novel coronavirus 2019, namely "sars-cov-2 (2019-ncov)", the genome sequentially encodes spike protein (SP), Envelope protein (EP), Membrane protein (M) and Nucleocapsid (NP) .
Spike protein, which are the most important surface membrane proteins of coronavirus, containing two subunits, S1 and S2. S1 mainly contains the receptor binding domain (RBD), responsible for identifying the cell receptor, S2 contains basic components needed for the membrane fusion process.
Spike protein, which has the function of binding to host cell membrane receptor and membrane fusion, is an important site of host neutralizing antibody and a key target for vaccine design. It interacts with ACE2 to make people’s respiratory system infected finally.
Nucleocapsid protein is a highly immunogenic phosphor protein, which is related to viral genome replication and regulation of cellular signaling pathways. N protein is often used as a diagnostic tool for coronavirus due to its sequence conservation and strong immunogenicity.
To better support the development of novel coronavirus vaccines, potential anti-coronavirus drugs, and related basic research, our company cooperate with universities and research institutes at home and abroad, providing them with abundant antigen peptides development and production service. Let’s We work hand in hand to defeat the common enemies of mankind at an early date.
