Recently, some criminals have used the name of "TUL" to forge relevant qualifications by setting up TUL app, QR code, wechat group and other investment projects such as financial products in various ways to carry out illegal activities. The above acts have seriously damaged our goodwill. We hereby solemnly declare as follows:

First, TUL and all its companies have never established or authorized others to establish APP, official account platform in the name of "TUL" or publicize and issue any form of financial products through any website, APP, WeChat public address and micro-blog.

Two, any official account of the establishment of the APP financial platform under the name of "TUL" and any form of publicity and distribution of financial products through any website, APP, WeChat public address, micro-blog, etc., and the act of signing a project investment agreement with others under the name of "TUL" are not related to TUL.

3、 Please be vigilant and beware of being deceived. Our company will continue to pay attention to the above illegal acts and actively cooperate with the law enforcement authorities in the crackdown action!
