Preparation of methylbetachyclodextrin in the volatile oil of Ganfule

Ganfule is a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation, which contains 21 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. Among them, eight kinds of traditional Chinese medicine contain a lot of aromatic volatile oil, and these volatile oils contain a lot of effective components. However, the oil components are not easy to be absorbed by the human body, the stability is low, it is easy to volatilize in the preparation process, and the preservation rate is low. Therefore, it is very important to choose an inclusion method for Ganfule to preserve the effective components and give full play to its efficacy.

The process of the invention effectively prevents the volatile oil from volatilizing in the preparation process, fully retains the effective components of the drug, improves the bioavailability and curative effect of the drug, and effectively solves the problem of difficult drying caused by the volatile oil in the preparation process.

The preparation steps are as follows:

(1) The cyclodextrin aqueous solution was prepared, and the ratio of cyclodextrin to water was 0.5-1.5:10-20;

(2) The volatile oil was diluted with ethanol (volatile oil: ethanol = 1:1);

(3) The cyclodextrin aqueous solution was heated to 40-52 ℃;

(4) Add volatile oil of Ganfule under stirring, keep temperature and stir for 0.5-1.5 hours;

(5) Refrigerate for 0.5-2.5 hours;

(6) Dry at 35-45 ℃.
