On July 15, 2022, The United Laboratories International Holdings Ltd. announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, The United Animal Healthcare (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as " TUL Animal Healthcare "), and Muyuan Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Muyuan") signed the Shareholders Agreement between Muyuan Food Co., Ltd. and The United Animal Healthcare (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd.,
According to the shareholder agreement, TUL Animal Healthcare and Muyuan contributed in cash to establish Henan Lianmu Veterinary Medicine Co., Ltd., with TUL Animal Healthcare accounting for 60% of the registered capital and Muyuan accounting for 40% of the registered capital. The production base is located in Neixiang County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. Its main production and operation include but are not limited to veterinary drug powders, powder injections, disinfectants (solid and liquid), water injections, tablets, and large infusion products.
Muyuan Food Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: SZ002714), a large-scale national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization with a scale of intensive farming that ranks among the top in China. Its main business is pig breeding and sales, and it is currently the largest pig breeding enterprise in China.
