Urushiflavin is a kind of flavonoid, which mainly exists in the family lacqueraceae. Recent studies have shown that urushiflavin has many bioactive functions such as antioxidation, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular maintenance, antidepressant, liver protection, anti-tumor and anti-aging.it has a good application prospect in cosmetics, functional food and medicine. However, its low solubility in water and poor stability limit its application scope. Cyclodextrin is a kind of cyclooligosaccharide, which is composed of several glucose residues linked by α - 1,4 glycosidic bonds. It has a hydrophobic cavity inside and a hydrophilic surface outside. The special structure enables cyclodextrin to contain many hydrophobic small molecules and improve its water solubility. The common cyclodextrins are α -, β - and γ - CD, which are composed of 6, 7 and 8 glucose residues. Maltosyl - β - cyclodextrin is an enzymatic derivative of β - cyclodextrin, which has the characteristics of high safety and water solubility. Chemical and enzymatic modification of urushiflavin to improve its water solubility is not suitable for the current food industry. Cyclodextrin inclusion has the advantages of high safety and low cost. The phase solubility method was used to compare the embedding effects of α - CD, β - CD, γ - CD and M - β - CD. The results showed that the inclusion effect of M - β - CD and β - CD was similar to that of α - CD and γ - CD.
