What is custom peptide synthesis?

Hydrazide synthesis method: The method of synthesizing peptide by hydrazide method is to synthesize N-terminal Cys peptide andChemical selective reaction between C-terminal peptide hydrazides forms amide bonds to achieve peptide linkage. According to the position of Cys in the peptide chain, the whole peptide chain is divided into several sequences and synthesized separately. Finally, the target peptide is obtained by liquid phase condensation reaction, which significantly improves the purity of the final product and is widely applicable to the synthesis of long-chain peptides containing Cys.
