Egg yolk lecithin PL-100M is a pharmaceutical injection grade phospholipid (CAS No. 93695-90-6). The normal product is a light yellow powder with uniform color or slight lumps. It has excellent solubility in chloroform, and also has good solubility in ether, n-hexane and ethanol. It has certain dispersibility in water and can be dissolved in soybean oil at 60°C under high shear, so it is convenient to use.

The application of PL-100M
PL-100M is mainly used as an emulsifier for fat emulsions for injection, including nutritional and therapeutic fat emulsions. It has excellent emulsifying properties and product stability. The product is soluble in soybean oil at 60°C, which is convenient for operation; it keeps the emulsion at a relatively stable particle size and PH value, prolongs the validity period of the emulsion, reduces the use of egg yolk lecithin, and reduces production costs.
