Tongliao Jinmei Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June 2007. It is a high-tech enterprise that produces ethylene glycol using brown coal as raw material. It is located in Tongliao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, and is home to Huolinhe Coal Mine, one of the five largest open-pit coal mines in China. The company has abundant coal resources and convenient transportation. At present, the company has built a 200000 ton/year ethylene glycol co production facility for 100000 ton/year oxalic acid production. Simultaneously produced with 5000 tons/year of methyl glycolate and 8000 tons/year of glycolic acid.
