Shanghai Genriver Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is an innovative high-tech enterprise, which is jointly founded by talents (PhD and masters) graduated from East China University of Science and Technology, specializing in the research, development and production of small molecule APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Founded in 2016, the company is headquartered in Songjiang District, Shanghai. The R & D center covers an area of more than 1000 square meters, including synthesis workshop, purification workshop, analytical laboratory, etc. The synthesis workshop is fully equipped with various reactors from 5L-100L, hydrogenation reactor and TCU (-40~300℃), which can facilitate various reactions from gram to KG or pilot scale. The purification workshop is equipped with different sizes and MOC of columns, especially the Preparative LC system, can be used for impurities separation and preparation. The analytical lab is equipped with full analytical instruments such as Shimadzu HPLC, Agilent GC, Mettler Balance etc., can fully meet the routine testing requirements.

At present, the R & D center has more than 20 technical people, leading by 2 PhDs, several masters. More than 80% have the bachelor degree or above, all of them have rich R & D experience.

The company's compound library has accumulated 1,000+ small molecule compounds. The company has GMP compliant cooperative factories in Hubei Province, which can quickly transfer to scale-up and commercial production.
