Dear Sir/Madame

I represent ReMedys. A Swiss based foundation active in repositioning of therapeutic small molecules.
We are very urgently looking for a ballpark quote including timelines for Enoxacin for the following 2 scenarios
a) Enoxacin tablets already produced by you that has the QC compliance and could be authorized for importation to Canada/US for use in a clinical trial. We will need initially 1000 tablets for a PhIb and up to PhIIb for the next 2 years a total of 100000 (half of 200mgs and the other half of 400mgs) tablets than can be licensed by the US/Canadian authorities for use in their clinic.
AND
b) timelines and budget for manufacturing (quantity of finished product as above) of a new Enoxacin batch (200 and 400) including the QC and ready for export and use in US/Canada for clinical trials.

We need the quotes for the next 5 days if possible. This is because we are engaging the budget with our forthcoming board meeting.
