I represent Infinity Pharma USA, a pharmaceutical firm with headquarters in Caracas, Venezuela. We are interested in innovating into the softgel manufacturing bussiness. For this reason, I would appreciate if I could receive inquiry for all the equipment involved in the process (manufacturing of gelatin and medicine, gelatin and medicine transport, softgel encapsulation machine, drying, sorting, and packaging into blisters and into plastic bottles). Our goal is to start a facility that can manufacture about 105 million capsules per year in three shifts, five days a week, with at least the following equipment:

• Softgel manufacturing equipment
• Two softgel encapsulation lines (Biggest production softgel capsule form: oblongue # 8, 16, 20 and oval 7.5.)
• One blister packaging line (blistering and cartoning machine, automatic carton box forming machine) calculated to two blisters per carton.
• One bottle packaging line (unscrambler with air cleaner, filling, silica gel inserter, capping, labeling, shrink wrapper machine, automatic box forming machine) calculated to 30 capsules per bottle.
• In process control equipment neccesary for the manufacturing process.
• consider 70% occupacy in three shifts with 30% reserve for future growth.
• Include qualifications protocols as well as shipment to Puerto Cabellos port in Venezuela.
