Clinical trials researching cancer therapies should be more inclusive of a broader range of patients, according to the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and Friends of Cancer Research.
The ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) Annual Meeting—an annual event on oncology, was successfully concluded in the beautiful McCormick Place, Chicago on June 6, 2017.
While ASCO often showcases the benefits of new cancer therapies, it was a well-established drug that proved to be a talking point at this year’s conference in Chicago.
