1. Introduction
Ginseng Extract is the dry root, stem and leaf extract of the Araliaceae plant ginseng, and its appearance is yellowish white to light yellow to yellowish brown powder. Ginseng (scientific name: Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) is a perennial herb of the Araliaceae family and the genus Panax ginseng. Up to 60 cm tall; short rhizome, main root fusiform; palmate compound leaves 3~6 whorled stem tips, petiole length 3~8 cm, glabrous; leaflets 3~5, membranous, central leaflet oval or oblong oval , 8~12 cm long, lateral leaflets ovate or diamond-ovate, 2~4 cm long, apex is long and acuminate, base is broad and wedge-shaped, with dense serrations, teeth with spikes, sparsely bristles on the top, and none on the bottom Hair, 5 to 6 pairs of lateral veins; small petiole length 0.5 to 2.5 cm; ginseng is a precious medicinal plant, known as the "king of herbs".
